Day 100 – Leaving Bangor

Day 100 – 25th October 2010

17.45 – 18.30

Bangor Marina – Ballyholme

The laptop was good to go.  C-Maps was installed.  I bought a Musto HPX jacket in TK Maxx for £145, my luck was in.  We did some last minute shopping, John paid the marina bill and I grabbed a shower before we motored around the corner to anchor in Ballyholme.  The two young Welshmen, who were sailing Widgeon ( whom I’d met previously in Oban) planned to anchor there too.  It was £27/night at the marina!

Menu today

Breakfast – Porridge, banana, dates, apple and raisins

Lunch – Pizza

Dinner – Haddock, cheese, broccoli, carrots and mashed potatoes, followed by apple and blackberry tart.

Snacks – Crackers, a flake and grapes
